Painting Tip (13th July 2005)

If you want to use 'Glass Paper' for your pastel painting, but wish to alter the colour of the ground, use a watered down mix of Acrylic paint, to suit.

Something to take into consideration when using 'Glass Paper', although it gives plenty of 'tooth', you will find that your pastels are used at a far quicker rate than on a smoother surface!
